Well done, Class of 2026.
An estimated crowd of 5,5000 applauded the graduates of the Bridgewater-Raritan High School Class of 2026 on Thursday, June 18, at Jersey Mike's Arena on the Rutgers University campus in Piscataway.
It was the third year in a row that the school held commencement at the Rutgers arena, where family members, friends, and guests filled the seats to send off the 656 graduating seniors.
The ceremony featured speeches from the students themselves: Student Council President Dev Gandhi, Senior Class President Matthew Pizzelanti, and Class of 2026 Speaker Stephen Pikulin. Principal Dan Hemberger presented the class, Assistant Principal Adam Leaman announced the class honors, and Board of Education President Michael Pepe accepted the Class of 2026 on behalf of the district.
