Dear Parents/Guardians and Staff:
This message is to follow-up on our previous communication from today. As of this writing, another individual from the HS has tested positive, bringing the total number of positive cases at the HS to nine for this week. We were also informed that an individual tested positive at Milltown School. Once again, all contact tracing has been completed.
In consultation with the Department of Health and due to the number of positive cases at the HS being connected to the same social event unaffiliated with the school, it has been recommended that all HS activities, events, and sports can safely resume effective Saturday, November 7, 2020.
Anyone involved or determined to be in close contact has been notified and quarantined. Therefore, as of this writing, the HS is scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 9th for in-person instruction. Monday, November 9th is an in-person instruction day for Cohort B, and periods 6 - 9 will be meeting for all.
