Revised COVID-19 Reporting Procedures

Dear Parents / Guardians of Adamsville Students;

Adamsville School is implementing an easier way for a parent/guardian to report their child who has tested positive for COVID-19  or has been exposed to COVID 19.  Beginning Wednesday, January 12th, please fill out and submit this form:
