Parent Collection and Return of Student Materials Schedule
June 16, 17, and 18, 2020
Student materials can be retrieved and dropped off on the assigned dates in the chart below. Each scheduled time slot is organized by the homeroom teacher’s name. Parents/guardians with more than one child at Adamsville school will pick up sibling materials at the OLDEST CHILD in the school’s homeroom time slot. There will be a table set up at the front and back of the building (see schematic below). Student materials from Pre-k through grade 1 will pick up material at the back of the school, while materials from students in grades 2 through 4 will be in the front of the building. Parents will drive up and form a line of cars (as shown in schematic below) in either the front or back of the building during the 1-hour time slot assigned. There will be a table to return library books and a second table for collection and distribution of student materials.

Check the schedule below for your child’s designated time slot

If you have more than one child at Adamsville, please refer to your oldest child’s time slot (sibling materials will be placed with youngest child’s belongings)

PreK-Grade 1: belongings will be picked up in the BACK of the school

Grades 2-4: belongings will be picked up in the FRONT of the school
Picking up materials:

Drive up to the table in either the back or front of the school as determined by your child’s grade (see above instructions).

Cars should stay in line and not park.

Pull up to the table, turn off your car, walk to the table and tell us your child’s name.

Once a staff member places your child’s belongings in a sealed bag on the table you may take it.

Drop off any school materials (text books, library books), as instructed by the classroom teacher, at the second table.
Notes:

Place all classroom items to be returned (textbooks, classroom books, etc.) in a CLEAR, sealed plastic bag. Insert a sheet of paper in the clear bag with the student’s name and teacher.

Library books should be placed in a separate bag, also labeled with the student's name and teacher.

Drive up to the desired grade level table to collect and drop off materials for your child.

Please be sure to wear appropriate PPE (masks, gloves, etc.) and follow social distancing guidelines.
Gr. 4 Parents:

There will be a third table where the PTO will distribute cinch sacks and t-shirts for each fourth grade student.
